Basake Holy Stars appoint former Kotoko assistant Abdulai Gazale as head coach

Basake Holy Stars have appointed former Asante Kotoko assistant coach Abdulai Gazale as their head coach.

The newly Ghana Premier League club announced the three-year contract on their X page on Wednesday, August 28.

“We are pleased to announce the signing of Abdulai Gazale as our head coach. “He has penned down a three-year contract with us,” the statement read.

Gazale’s appointment brings experience and tactical expertise to Basake Holy Stars as they prepare for their debut season in the top flight.

His first challenge will be a high-profile opening match against giants Hearts of Oak in the 2024/25 season.

The club will rely heavily on Gazale’s leadership as they aim to make a strong impression and secure their place in the league.
