An aspiring Financial Secretary of the Private Newspapers and Online News Publishers Association of Ghana (PRINPAG), Kofi Ahovi, has generously donated a box containing five reams of A4 paper to assist the national secretariat’s daily administrative operations.
This contribution is expected to reduce the secretariat’s administrative challenges and improve overall work efficiency.
The donation follows a previous support from PRINPAG presidential aspirant Mr. David Tamakloe, who donated a multipurpose printer to the secretariat.
Speaking during the presentation, Ahovi explained the motivation behind his support:
“One of my colleagues has generously donated a printer, but a printer is only as good as the paper it prints on. To ensure the secretariat can make full use of the printer without additional cost, I’m donating paper to complement the effort and support their operations.”
Executive Secretary of PRINPAG, Jeorge Wilson Kingson, who received the donation, expressed appreciation, describing it as timely and impactful.
“With the new printer, our demand for paper will undoubtedly increase. This donation will help us meet those printing needs without disruption, especially at a time when we regularly purchase paper out of pocket,” he said.
Kingson further encouraged other members of the Association and corporate partners to emulate Ahovi’s gesture, emphasizing that such support is vital to the growth and sustainability of PRINPAG.
