NDC’s Youth Manifesto Serves as Blueprint for Youth Partnership – Prof. Opoku Agyemang

The running mate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang, emphasized her party’s commitment to addressing the concerns of Ghanaian youth during the launch of the NDC National Youth Manifesto in Accra.

In a post on her X platform, Prof. Opoku Agyemang stated, “The NDC’s National Youth Manifesto underscores our dedication to the youth of Ghana as we head towards the 2024 Elections.”

She described the manifesto as a significant indication of the party’s dedication to the youth as the country approaches the 2024 elections.

Prof. Opoku Agyemang highlighted that the manifesto serves as a blueprint for collaboration with the energetic youth of the nation to shape a better future for Ghana.  She noted that the launch event, attended by NDC Flagbearer John Dramani Mahama and other prominent party members, showcased the party’s youth-oriented policies and programs.

“It serves as our blueprint for partnering with the vibrant and dynamic youth of our nation to build the Ghana we want,” Prof. Opoku Agyemang concluded her post.

She emphasized that the manifesto outlines comprehensive strategies to tackle the various challenges faced by young Ghanaians.

The NDC is touting the youth manifesto as evidence of its commitment to addressing challenges facing Ghana’s youth, especially with youth unemployment. About 1.9 million youths, aged 15-35, are without jobs, according to a recent publication by the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS).
