Black Stars player, Thomas Partey, has been formally charged with multiple sex offences by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom.
According to authorities, the former Arsenal player faces a total of six charges—five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault—relating to incidents reported to have occurred between 2021 and 2022.
The charges involve three different women. Two of the rape charges are connected to one complainant, while three additional rape counts involve a second woman. The single count of sexual assault pertains to a third complainant.
The Metropolitan Police stated that investigations into the allegations have been ongoing, leading to the formal charges being brought against the 31-year-old midfielder.
