Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to empowering Ghanaian youth with essential skills and knowledge for business creation.
Speaking at the graduation of 10,000 young individuals trained under the Youth Employment Agency’s Skills Training program, Dr. Bawumia highlighted the government’s ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing youth employability.
Dr. Bawumia emphasized that this latest effort complements other significant programs such as the Kayayei Empowerment Programme and the Ghana Enterprises Agency’s support for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
These initiatives collectively aim to improve the livelihoods of Ghanaians by providing them with the tools needed to succeed in the job market or start their own businesses.
“The NPP government is determined to equip Ghanaian youth with the requisite knowledge and skills to create opportunities and businesses for all,” Dr. Bawumia stated, underscoring the administration’s dedication to fostering a prosperous future for the nation’s youth.
