Member of Parliament for Adaklu Constituency, Kwame Governs Agbodza has reaffirmed the National Democratic Congress (NDC) commitment to safeguarding the integrity of the upcoming December elections. The Majority Chief Whip declared this during a campaign event in Ahunda, Adaklu Constituency.
Speaking at a rally attended by NDC vice presidential candidate Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, Agbodza expressed confidence in the party’s ability to secure a win, regardless of any perceived challenges with the Electoral Commission.
“I don’t have confidence in the Electoral Commission but she is not the one to win the elections; the people who are going to win the elections are here,” Agbodza stated, addressing Prof. Opoku-Agyemang.
The MP also promised increased development for the Adaklu Constituency under a future NDC administration. He urged constituents to cast their votes for NDC presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama in the December 7 elections.
This assertion comes amid a heated political climate, with various parties and organizations making predictions about the election outcome. Recent forecasts, including one by Fitch Solutions, have suggested a potential NDC victory.
As the election date approaches, all major political parties are intensifying their campaigns across the country, with each expressing optimism about their chances of success.
